I led the modernization of Havas’s IT landscape by addressing the challenge of integrating their on-premises data centre with the cloud. I designed and implemented a hybrid architecture that streamlined core workloads, optimized virtualization, and expanded compute and storage capacity through secure cloud integration. This transformation improved system performance, strengthened scalability, and ensured uninterrupted business operations throughout the migration.
